Returns Policy

If you have any questions regarding sizes or styles please do not hesitate to reach out to us at Jacqui-Lou.designs@outlook.com prior to making your purchase.

After receiving your swimwear if you are not happy with your purchase  please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods.

 

When trying on your swimwear please make sure that briefs are worn under the garment.   When trying on bras, avoid make-up or lotions coming into contact with the item. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious this hasn’t been done. When trying on your costume we ask that you do not remove the hygiene sticker & all labels must still be attached when the parcel is returned to us.  A refund or exchange will not be given if the hygiene sticker is broken. This does not affect your right to return faulty items.

 

Items must be returned in suitable packaging, by a tracked service of your choice & unwashed ,with all original tags and packaging still intact. A refund will not be given for postage.

 

We cannot cancel orders that have been processed and shipped or are in the transit process.

Pre-ordered items:

  Please note refunds cannot be given on items that have been made to order unless the item is deemed to be faulty.

Washing Instructions:

Rinse in cold water and hang to dry, do not tumble, iron or wring out the garment.
